Challenging double sided ACA occlusion
Successful recanalization rate of TICI 2C, following treatment of 2 occluded segments of the ACA: A2 Right (Notice the challenging loop) & A4 Left. 77 Year old ICA Aneurysm Treatment
A 77 years old female patient, present to our department (Helios HSK Wiesbaden) with SAH (Fisher IV). She had an intradural ICA-Aneurysm on the left side which was treated by coiling, assisted with a Comaneci device and a total of 18 coils. The end result was perfect without any complications.
