Great case this week w/ @ReidGooch; Comaneci assisted coiling of left SHA aneurysm using #Transradial#Armadillo. Useful to avoid coil herniation w/o balloon. Dr. Alexander Coon, MD (Carondelet St. Joseph’s Hospital) successfully treated a 2mm left para-ophthalmic aneurysm with #COMANECI-assisted coiling. The patient had a previously ruptured left MCA aneurysm that was treated months prior and a hemicraniectomy had been performed.
