Distal M2, Wake-up Stroke (8h before), NIH 2-3 but aphasia only. After lots of discussions: try a MT. After 2 attempts, TICI 3, NIH 0 the next day. TigerTriever13, HeadwayDuo and Hybrid008 to go distal. Interesting fact : you need to open it and then close it slowly until you don't have resistance when you retrieve it.
