Congratulations to Dr. Bartley Mitchell on his first #Comaneci case at METHODIST DALLAS MEDICAL CENTER. The patient presented this morning with a wide necked ruptured ACOM. Given the wide neck of this aneurysm and to ensure coil packing and stability, Dr. Mitchell chose the #Comaneci17 which was delivered through a #phenom17. The aneurysm was secured with Stryker Neurovascular#Target#coils which remained stable and secure with the assistance of Comaneci 17.
