Case report: #Comaneci assisted coiling following poor aneurysm neck coverage with a balloon assisted coiling.

37 y/m presented with repeated intense headaches, DSA showed a broad necked, small aneurysm of the ICA, right sided. Initial plan to treat: balloon assisted coiling did not give the needed support for the coil placement therefore switched to #Comaneci and successfully coiled the aneurysm.
