Combined Treatment for Vasospasm

27 y old male with left side M4 pseudo aneurysm.

Following 10 days of SAH, #vasospasm in C6-C8 bilateral, M1 and A1 bilateral, BA - Pre treatment images below.

Vasospasm treated with a combined treatment of #Comaneci_Petit and 7 mg #Nimpdipine of the C6-C8 and M1 bilateral - Post treatment images below. The Basilar artery was successfully treated with Nimodipine only.
