Challenging Case Study – Tigertriever

77-year-old male treatment of a right sided distal M1 tandem occlusion with a variant anatomy of the ACA segment (A1 aplasia - incomplete circle of Willis), and a severe ulcerated 80% carotid artery stenosis. Patient was treated after 3 hours from symptoms and his pre-procedure's scores were: NIHSS = 9, ASPECT = 9. Clot was retrieved successfully after the first pass and patient's recanalization rate was TICI 3. Thank you for sharing this challenging case and your great results!
