Dr. Guy Raphaeli, Interventional Neuroradiology Unit, Rabin Medical Center, Israel 77-year-old male treatment of a right sided distal M1 tandem occlusion with a variant anatomy of the ACA segment (A1 aplasia - incomplete circle of Willis), and a severe ulcerated 80% carotid artery stenosis.
